The King Lions (Tampa, FL) basketball crushed the visiting Brandon Eagles (Brandon, FL), 66-29 in Wednesday's league test.
The Lions (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Wharton (Tampa, FL). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, Wharton was trounced by Leto (Tampa, FL), 67-63, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 0-10 record. They play next when they travel to Spoto for a 5A District 8 test on Friday, January 12. Brandon will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 58-35 non-league loss to Sumner (Riverview, FL). The Spartans record now stands at 4-8.
