Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Ketchikan Kings (Ketchikan, AK) and the host Chugiak Mustangs (Chugiak, AK), saw Ketchikan's basketball squad knock off Chugiak by a count of 75-63.

With the victory, Ketchikan upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Kings travel to Mountain City Christian Academy (Anchorage, AK) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Mountain City Christian Academy lost 65-37 in their recent league challenge against Colony (Palmer, AK)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Minto Lakers (Minto, AK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 12. Chugiak will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Lakers come into the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 58-45 non-league win over Redington (Wasilla, AK).
