With the victory, Hidden Valley improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Henley (Klamath Falls, OR) to play the Hornets in a 4A Skyline challenge on Friday, January 12. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 7-5.

Next up, the Lions play the Marshfield Pirates (Coos Bay, OR) in a 4A Sky Em challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Cottage Grove will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record.
