Arizona High School Basketball - Ray overwhelmed by Desert Christian

The Desert Christian Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Ray Bearcats to 49 in the Eagles league victory on Wednesday.

The Eagles now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Benson for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. Desert Christian will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 82-35 league win over Tombstone (Tombstone, AZ). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-12.

The Bearcats (15-6) will now prepare for their contest against Duncan (Duncan, AZ). The Wildkats come into the non-league contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Duncan triumphed over Lourdes Catholic (Nogales, AZ), 58-41, in a league contest.
