New York High School Basketball - Metropolitan overwhelmed by Frederick Douglass Academy III

The Frederick Douglass Academy III basketball team scored 91 points and restricted the host Metropolitan to 41 in the non-league victory on Wednesday.
The now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leadership Academy for a PSAL A Bronx II contest on Wednesday, January 17.
The (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Van Buren (Queens Village, NY). The Vee Bees come into the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Van Buren was routed by Norman Thomas (New York, NY), 66-55, in a non-league contest.
