The Warrensville Heights Tigers (Warrensville, OH) basketball nipped the visiting John Adams Rebels (Cleveland, OH), 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Tigers (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Lorain (Lorain, OH). The Titans go into the Lake Erie test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Lorain got by Bedford (Bedford, OH), 51-43, in a league test.

The Rebels now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to John F. Kennedy for a Senate test on Friday, January 12. John Adams will encounter a Fighting Eagles squad coming off a 66-59 non-league win over East (Akron, OH). The Fighting Eagles record now stands at 4-4.
