Ohio High School Basketball - Maple Heights ripped by Lutheran East

The Lutheran East Falcons basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Maple Heights Mustangs to 27 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Falcons now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newman for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. Lutheran East will meet a Greenies team coming off a 46-33 non-league win over John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA). The Greenies record now stands at 10-9.
The Mustangs (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Shaw (East Cleveland, OH). The Cardinals enter the Lake Erie contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Shaw was routed by Villa Angela-St. Joseph (Cleveland, OH), 78-68, in a non-league contest.
