In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Springfield International (Springfield, MA) basketball squad edged the host Sci-Tech CyberCats (Springfield, MA), by a margin of 48-43.
The (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Taconic (Pittsfield, MA). The Thunder go into the Suburban - North outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Taconic held off Pittsfield (Pittsfield, MA), 76-65, in a league outing.
The CyberCats now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Holyoke for a Valley outing on Thursday, January 11. Sci-Tech will clash with a Purple Knights squad coming off a 64-51 league loss to Central (Springfield, MA). The Purple Knights record now stands at 6-4.
