Music Mountain Warriors (Peach Springs, AZ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Greyhills Academy Knights (Tuba City, AZ), 54-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Music Mountain upgrades its record to 3-12 on the season. The Warriors host Maryvale Prep (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Matador in a Freelance bout on Friday, January 12. The Matador go into the bout with a record of 5-4.

Next up, the Knights play the Pinon Eagles (Pinon, AZ) in a 2A North bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Greyhills Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-16 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-13 record after their 74-44 league loss to Valley (Sanders, AZ).
