Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Loudonville Redbirds (Loudonville, OH) and the visiting Wellington Dukes (Wellington, OH), saw Loudonville's basketball squad wallop Wellington by a count of 74-22.
With the victory, Loudonville upgrades its record to 15-0 on the campaign. The Redbirds travel to Ellet (Akron, OH) to play the Orangemen in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 17. The Orangemen come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. Ellet won 58-27 in their recent league challenge against Firestone (Akron, OH)
Next up, the Dukes play the Keystone Wildcats (La Grange, OH) in a Lorain County 8 challenge, on Friday, January 12. Wellington will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 12-0 record after their 50-34 league win over Firelands (Oberlin, OH).
