Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Christ the King Gladiators (Chicago, IL) and the host Latin Romans (Chicago, IL), saw Christ the King's basketball squad overcome Latin by a tally of 60-45.

With the victory, Christ the King improves its record to 17-2 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to Yorkville Christian (Yorkville, IL) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Yorkville Christian won 69-34 in their recent non-league challenge against College Prep of America (Lombard, IL)

Next up, the Romans confront the Elgin Academy Hilltoppers (Elgin, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Latin will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
