Corcoran Panthers (Corcoran, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Orosi Cardinals (Orosi, CA), 49-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Corcoran upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Woodlake (Woodlake, CA) to play the Tigers in a bout on Friday, January 26. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 10-4.

Next up, the Cardinals play the Orange Cove Titans (Orange Cove, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Orosi will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record.
