The Great Plains Lutheran Panthers basketball squad (Watertown, SD), was nudged 51-49 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Britton-Hecla Braves (Britton, SD)

With the victory, Britton-Hecla advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Braves travel to Wilmot (Wilmot, SD) to meet the Wolves in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 14. The Wolves enter the battle with a record of 3-7. Wilmot lost 61-28 in their recent league battle against Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD)

The Panthers now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Watertown for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 11. Great Plains Lutheran will meet a Arrows squad coming off a 79-48 league loss to O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD). The Arrows record now stands at 1-4.
