Maryland High School Basketball - GVCS Broadfording sneaks past Shalom Christian Academy

The GVCS Broadfording Lions (Hagerstown, MD) basketball edged the visiting Shalom Christian Academy Flames (Chambersburg, PA), 61-59 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Faith Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. GVCS Broadfording will play a Falcons team coming off a 49-40 league win over Cumberland Valley Christian (Chambersburg, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Shalom Christian Academy falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Flames travel to McConnellsburg (McConnellsburg, PA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Monday, January 13.
