The Long Reach Lightning basketball squad (Columbia, MD), was nudged 84-79 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD)

With the victory, Marriotts Ridge advances its record to 7-3 on the year. The travel to Atholton (Columbia, MD) to meet the Raiders in a non-league battle on Monday, January 13.
