In Friday's non-league test, the Lubbock Christian Eagles (Lubbock, TX) basketball squad trounced the host Morton Indians (Morton, TX), by a score of 67-46.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Midland Classical Academy Knights (Midland, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 1 test, on Tuesday, January 14. Lubbock Christian will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record.

The Indians (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Whiteface (Whiteface, TX). The Antelopes come into the 2A Region I District 5 test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Whiteface bounced Sundown (Sundown, TX), 45-33, in a league test.
