The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Poway Titans (Poway, CA) and the visiting Rancho Bernardo Broncos (San Diego, CA), observed Poway's basketball team overcome Rancho Bernardo by a margin of 74-61.

The Titans (13-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Westview (San Diego, CA). The Wolverines come into the Palomar challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, Westview defeated Army-Navy (Carlsbad, CA), 44-28, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Broncos battle the Valley Center Jaguars (Valley Center, CA) in a Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Rancho Bernardo will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 5-11 record after their 62-55 non-league win over Classical Academy (Escondido, CA).
