The Scott Bulldogs basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Woodward Polar Bears to 48 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Clyde for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. Scott will play a Fliers team coming off a 75-56 non-league loss to Calvert (Tiffin, OH). The Fliers record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Woodward falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Polar bears travel to Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH) to play the Nubians in a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. The Nubians go into the game with a record of 8-1. Africentric Early College won 47-41 in their recent league game against South (Columbus, OH)
