The Bakersfield Drillers basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Monache Marauders to 38 in the Drillers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Drillers now have a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Ridgeview for a game on Tuesday, January 21.

With the loss, Monache falls to 8-2 on the campaign. The Marauders host Mt. Whitney (Visalia, CA) to confront the Pioneers in a game on Wednesday, January 15. The Pioneers go into the game with a record of 9-4. Mt. Whitney won 45-34 in their recent league game against El Diamante (Visalia, CA)
