The Foothill Falcons basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Granada Matadors to 55 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now have a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Dougherty Valley for a game on Tuesday, January 14. Foothill will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 60-45 non-league win over San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 19-1.

With the loss, Granada falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Matadors host Monte Vista (Danville, CA) to confront the Mustangs in a game on Tuesday, January 14. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 9-9. Monte Vista lost 46-42 in their recent non-league game against St. Mary's (Stockton, CA)
