In Friday's league test, the Barnstable Red Hawks (Hyannis, MA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Cape Cod Academy Seahawks (Osterville, MA), by a score of 48-38.
Next, the Red Hawks encounter the Nauset Regional Warriors (North Eastham, MA) in a Cape & Islands test, on Tuesday, January 14. Barnstable will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
The Seahawks (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Monomoy (Harwich, MA). The Sharks come into the Cape & Islands test with a 1-2 record.
