The Dover-Eyota Eagles (Eyota, MN) basketball were winner over the visiting Southland Rebels (Adams, MN), 56-36 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to Rushford-Peterson for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 16. Dover-Eyota will play a Trojans team coming off a 68-50 league win over Houston (Houston, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, Southland falls to 8-4 on the campaign. The Rebels host Grand Meadow (Grand Meadow, MN) to play the Superlarks in a A Section 1 bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Superlarks go into the bout with a record of 8-1.
