South Dakota High School Basketball - Little Wound holds off Dupree

The Little Wound Mustangs basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Dupree Tigers to 46 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now possess a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Estelline/Hendricks for a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. Little Wound will confront a team coming off a 63-22 non-league loss to St. Mary (Dell Rapids, SD). The record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, Dupree falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Lemmon (Lemmon, SD) to confront the Cowboys in a B Region 8 game on Saturday, January 18. The Cowboys go into the game with a record of 8-0.
