The Groton-Dunstable Crusaders (Groton, MA) basketball toppled the visiting Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons (Tyngsborough, MA), 45-34 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Oakmont Regional for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14.

With the loss, Greater Lowell Tech falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Gryphons travel to Whittier RVT (Haverhill, MA) to play the Wildcats in a Commonwealth - Upper bout on Monday, January 13. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Whittier RVT won 43-34 in their recent non-league bout against Revere (Revere, MA)
