The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Harker Eagles (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Notre Dame Tigers (Belmont, CA), observed Harker's basketball team overcome Notre Dame by a margin of 46-31.

The Eagles (11-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Castilleja (Palo Alto, CA). The Gators come into the West Bay - Skyline challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, Castilleja defeated American Canyon (American Canyon, CA), 48-32, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Menlo School Knights (Atherton, CA) in a West Bay - Foothill challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Notre Dame will attempt to better on its 11-1 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 58-46 non-league loss to Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA).
