Delaware High School Basketball - Hodgson Vo-Tech overwhelms Newark

The Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Newark Yellowjackets to 5 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now have a 5-3 record. They play next when they host DuPont for a Blue Hen Flight - B game on Tuesday, January 14.

With the loss, Newark falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Brandywine (Wilmington, DE) to confront the Bulldogs in a Blue Hen Flight - B game on Monday, January 13. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 3-5. Brandywine lost 49-9 in their recent league game against Howard (Wilmington, DE)
