The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Medfield Warriors (Medfield, MA) and the visiting Westwood Wolverines (Westwood, MA), observed Medfield's basketball team overcome Westwood by a margin of 69-49.

The Warriors (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Ashland (Ashland, MA). The Clockers come into the Tri-Valley challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Ashland dropped by Norton (Norton, MA), 55-42, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Dover-Sherborn Raiders (Dover, MA) in a Tri-Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Westwood will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 48-45 league loss to Holliston (Holliston, MA).
