In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Quincy Trojans basketball team scored a close 52-50 triumph over the Oroville Tigers.

The Trojans (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Biggs (Biggs, CA). The Wolverines go into the Mid-Valley contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, Biggs nipped Corning (Corning, CA), 42-33, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Corning Cardinals (Corning, CA) in a Butte View contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Oroville will attempt to better on its 4-11 season record. The Cardinals go into the contest with a 2-11 record after their 42-33 non-league loss to Biggs (Biggs, CA).
