Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Sunset Knights (Miami, FL) and the visiting Southwest Eagles (Miami, FL), saw Sunset's soccer squad knock off Southwest by a count of 2-0.

The Knights (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against South Miami (Miami, FL). The Cobras enter the Independent battle with a 11-4 record. In their last battle, South Miami by TERRA Environmental (Miami, FL), 8-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Braddock Bulldogs (Miami, FL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, January 13. Southwest will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 6-5 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Ferguson (Miami, FL).
