The Lewis-Palmer Rangers (Monument, CO) ice hockey the visiting Rampart Rams (Colorado Springs, CO), 4-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Rangers now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage for a 5A League 3 outing on Saturday, January 11. Lewis-Palmer will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 7-4.
With the defeat, Rampart moves to 3-7 on the season. The Rams host Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO) to encounter the Kadets in a 4A South outing on Monday, January 13. The Kadets go into the outing with a record of 2-8. Air Academy lost 8-1 in their recent league outing against Pueblo County (Pueblo, CO)
