In Friday's non-league contest, the host Timberline Blazers basketball team scored a good 54-46 triumph over the Gig Harbor Tides.
The Blazers (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Tahoma (Tacoma, WA). The T-Birds go into the non-league contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Mount Tahoma was topped by Lakes (Lakewood, WA), 74-44, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tides battle the Curtis Vikings (University Place, WA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 13. Gig Harbor will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 8-5 record after their 66-25 non-league win over Bonney Lake (Bonney Lake, WA).
