Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) and the host Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ), saw Desert Mountain's soccer squad hold off Chaparral by a count of 3-2.
The Wolves (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ). The Titans enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Arcadia tipped Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Firebirds battle the Arcadia Titans (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Friday, January 31. Chaparral will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
