Illinois High School Basketball - Altamont routs Central A & M

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Altamont Indians (Altamont, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL), by a margin of 60-38.

The Indians (14-4) will now prepare for their outing against North Clay/Clay City (Louisville, IL). The go into the National Trail outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, North Clay/Clay City was trounced by Cisne (Cisne, IL), 57-55, in a non-league outing.

The Raiders now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Clinton for a Central Illinois outing on Friday, January 14. Central A & M will encounter a Maroons squad coming off a 79-37 non-league loss to Monticello (Monticello, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 6-14.
