In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Windsor Warriors (Windsor, CT) basketball squad edged the host East Catholic Eagles (Manchester, CT), by a margin of 70-66.
The Warriors (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against New Britain (New Britain, CT). The Golden Hurricanes go into the non-league outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, New Britain was tipped by Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT), 68-41, in a league outing.
The Eagles now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mater Dei for a non-league outing on Friday, January 14. East Catholic will clash with a Monarchs squad coming off a 64-46 league win over Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 16-2.
