Hartford Jaguars (Hartford, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Olpe Eagles (Olpe, KS), 50-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Hartford upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Burlingame (Burlingame, KS) to play the Bearcats in a Lyon County bout on Friday, January 14. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 10-0. Burlingame won 44-35 in their recent league bout against Madison/Hamilton (Madison, KS)

Next up, the Eagles play the Waverly Bulldogs (Waverly, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 14. Olpe will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
