The Homer Pelicans basketball team (Homer, LA), dropped 60-40 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Lakeview Gators (Campti, LA)
The Gators now possess a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jonesboro-Hodge for a non-league battle on Friday, January 14.
The Pelicans (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Plain Dealing (Plain Dealing, LA). The Lions come into the 1A District 1 battle with a 7-9 record. In their last battle, Plain Dealing beat North Webster (Springhill, LA), 50-13, in a non-league battle.
