Beau Chene Gators (Arnaudville, LA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Westgate Tigers (New Iberia, LA), 9-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Gators confront the Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons (Cade, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 13. Beau Chene will attempt to better on its 12-6 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Ascension Episcopal (Lafayette, LA).

The Tigers now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sam Houston for a Division II District 3 challenge on Friday, January 14.
