With the victory, Abingdon/Avon improves its record to 3-13 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Mercer County (Aledo, IL) to confront the Golden Eagles in a Lincoln Trail challenge on Friday, January 13. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Mercer County lost 68-62 in their recent non-league challenge against Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL)

Next up, the Cyclones confront the Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans (Bushnell, IL) in a Prairieland challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. West Prairie will attempt to improve on its 1-17 season record.
