The Eleanor McMain Mustangs basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Cohen Green Hornets to 21 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Zachary for a non-league contest on Friday, January 13. Eleanor McMain will meet a Broncos team coming off a 68-47 non-league win over Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA). The Broncos record now stands at 12-6.

The Green Hornets (2-11) will now prepare for their game against International (New Orleans, LA). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 7-15 record. In their last game, International routed Varnado (Angie, LA), 59-48, in a non-league game.
