Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Corry Beavers (Corry, PA) and the visiting Northwestern Wildcats (Albion, PA), saw Corry's basketball squad wallop Northwestern by a count of 74-52.

With the victory, Corry upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Beavers travel to Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA) to play the Bison in a District 10 Region 5 challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Bison come into the challenge with a record of 1-8. Fort LeBoeuf lost 71-26 in their recent league challenge against Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Seneca Bobcats (Erie, PA) in a District 10 Region 3 challenge, on Friday, January 13. Northwestern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 67-42 non-league win over Iroquois (Erie, PA).
