Eastern York Golden Knights (Wrightsville, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Donegal Indians (Mt. Joy, PA), 57-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Eastern York upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Golden Knights host Kennard-Dale (Fawn Grove, PA) to play the Rams in a York-Adams 2 bout on Friday, January 13. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 4-4.

Next up, the Indians play the Cocalico Eagles (Denver, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 13. Donegal will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 54-45 non-league win over Eastern Lebanon County (Myerstown, PA).
