The West Windsor-Plainsboro South Pirates basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Florence Township Memorial Flashes to 37 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Pirates now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Notre Dame for a Colonial Valley contest on Friday, January 13. West Windsor-Plainsboro South will battle a Irish team coming off a 35-32 league loss to Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ). The Irish record now stands at 6-4.
The Flashes (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against New Egypt (New Egypt, NJ). The Warriors enter the Burlco - Freedom contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, New Egypt was nudged by Riverside (Riverside, NJ), 68-43, in a league contest.
