The Seward Seahawks basketball team (Seward, AK), was overwhelmed 62-37 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Kotzebue Huskies (Kotzebue, AK)
The Huskies now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Homer for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 12. Kotzebue will confront a Mariners team coming off a 76-48 non-league loss to Ninilchik (Ninilchik, AK). The Mariners record now stands at 0-3.
The Seahawks (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Redington (Wasilla, AK). The Huskies come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Redington was overwhelmed by Bethel (Bethel, AK), 54-35, in a non-league battle.
