With the win, Sports Leadership & Management upgrades its record to 2-10 on the season. The Giants travel to Sports Leadership & Management (West Palm Beach, FL) to play the Cobras in a 3A District 2 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Cobras go into the bout with a record of 2-7.

Next up, the Tigers play the Trinity Christian Academy Warriors (Lake Worth, FL) in a 2A District 14 bout, on Thursday, January 12. Village Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 94-56 non-league loss to Somerset Academy - Canyons (Boynton Beach, FL).
