Stone Bridge Bulldogs (Ashburn, VA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA), 39-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Stone Bridge upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Spartans play the Tuscarora Huskies (Leesburg, VA) in a bout, on Friday, January 13. Broad Run will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record.
