The Blake Yellow Jackets (Tampa, FL) basketball knocked off the host Jefferson Dragons (Tampa, FL), 57-37 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Yellow Jackets (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Gaither (Tampa, FL). The Cowboys go into the non-league test with a 3-12 record. In their last test, Gaither notched a victory over Canterbury (St. Petersburg, FL), 40-38, in a non-league test.
The Dragons now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Alonso for a non-league test on Friday, January 13. Jefferson will encounter a Ravens squad coming off a 32-27 non-league win over Leto (Tampa, FL). The Ravens record now stands at 9-6.
