New Jersey High School Basketball - Carteret knocked off by South River

The South River Rams basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Carteret Ramblers to 35 in the Rams league triumph on Wednesday.
The Rams now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Abraham Clark for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17.
The Ramblers (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ). The Bulldogs enter the Greater Middlesex - Blue contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Metuchen ran past Rahway (Rahway, NJ), 57-45, in a non-league contest.
