Rolling Hills Prep Huskies (San Pedro, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Geffen Academy Bruins (Los Angeles, CA), 57-27 in a league bout.

With the victory, Rolling Hills Prep upgrades its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Hart (Newhall, CA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 18-2. Hart won 48-44 in their recent league bout against Valencia (Valencia, CA)

Next up, the Bruins play the Vistamar Vikings (El Segundo, CA) in a Coastal bout, on Friday, January 13. Geffen Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 7-4 record after their 56-35 non-league loss to Milken (Los Angeles, CA).
