In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Hector Wildcats basketball team scored a decisive 58-36 triumph over the Lavaca Golden Arrows.
In their next game, the Wildcats meet the Mountainburg Dragons (Mountainburg, AR) in a 2A Region 4 match, on Saturday, January 14. Hector will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Dragons enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 70-33 league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, AR).
