In Wednesday's league outing, the Lighthouse Christian Lions (Twin Falls, ID) basketball squad felled the visiting Valley Vikings (Hazelton, ID), by a margin of 62-50.
The Lions (7-4) will now prepare for their outing against Raft River (Malta, ID). The Trojans go into the 1A Snake River outing with a 11-2 record. In their last outing, Raft River thwarted Murtaugh (Murtaugh, ID), 63-61, in a league outing.
The Vikings now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Castleford for a 1A Snake River outing on Friday, January 13. Valley will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 47-45 league win over Glenns Ferry (Glenns Ferry, ID). The Wolves record now stands at 3-10.
